JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) - The Ministry of Agricultural and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency finalize the draft Government Regulation on Land Bank and its expected to be completed in early 2017. Bank land will be an inventory of lands belonging to the central government and unused areas.
The minister Sofyan Djalil, said the government will we reveal bank land to build various infrastructure project and create an industrial area in the country. Currently, He added, many land bank owned by the private property company and automatically the government can control the price of land and that small communities can have access to purchase a home at an affordable price.
Sofyan explained, the government will also identify land that has changed its designation as plantation land that has been converted to residential land or to businesses that have changed function.
Secretary General for the minister M. Noor Marzuki adding that in 2017 the ministry targeting to accelerated certificate of land to five-fold from a year earlier of 1 million certificate of registration of land in to 5 million certificates in 2017. Therefore, he said, the government has identified the barriers and make a breakthrough to implement systematic land registration.
In terms of financing, only 2 million certificate financed by the State Budget and for the remaining 3 million obtained through cooperation with the Regional Government through the Regional Budget, investors through programs of corporate social responsibility and other financial resources in accordance with the legislation.
The ministry continues to be committed to carry out agrarian reform 9 million hectares as already stated in the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2015-2019, said Sofyan.

For legalization of assets, Yuswanda continues, sourced from 600 thousand hectares of land which has not been certified transmigration and 3.9 million hectares of land that will periodically certified that 5 million land parcels in 2017, 7 million parcels in 2018, 9 million field land in 2019.
As for the Redistribution of land obtained from 400 thousand hectares of abandoned land and leasehold land that have expired and not been renewed, and 4.1 million hectares of forest area release.
