JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The Financial Services Authority (FSA) noted, 45 Indonesian companies ready to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) this year. The two companies raised funds of Rp. 299.6 billion from the IPO conducted.

Meanwhile, in 2018, as many as 58 companies have conducted IPOs with fund raising of Rp16.42 trillion (US$1.17 billion). The companies that conduct the IPO, at most or 19 companies are companies engaged in trade, services and investment.

The agency reported, two companies that had IPO at the beginning of 2019 also engaged in the trade, services and investment sectors. The two companies are PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk (IDX: FOOD), a food company and PT Estika Tata Tiara Tbk (IDX: BEEF), a cattle trading company.

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) added, 13 companies already entered the bourse in the beginning of 2019, namely PT Meta Epsi Tbk (IDX: MAGP), PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk (IDX: FOOD), PT Estika Tata Tiara Tbk (IDX: BEEF), PT Pollux Investasi International Tvk (IDX: POLI), and PT Citra Putra Realty Tbk (IDX: CLAY).

Others, PT Bersatu Sejahtera Mandiri, PT Berjaya Berjaya Trans, PT Arkha Jayanti Persada, PT Menteng Heritage Realty, PT Capri Nusa Satu Properti, PT Nusantara Properti International, PT DMS Propertindo and PT Envy Technologies Indonesia.

Besides the 13 companies, there are other companies that also plan an IPO this year, namely a subsidiary of PT PP Tbk (IDX: PTPP) and PT. Bank Kesejahteraan Ekonomi (BKE).

BKE President Director Sasmaya Tuhuleley said, the company is currently processing the IPO and is looking for opportunities for the company to become a standby buyer.

Last week foreign investors recorded net purchases of Rp212 trillion and up to the second week in February 2019 foreign investors recorded net purchases of Rp14.30 trillion in Indonesian stock marekt.

While the total emissions of bonds and SUKUK that have been recorded throughout 2019 are nine Emissions from seven issuers worth Rp4.11 trillion. With these two records, the total emissions of bonds and SUKUK listed on the IDX amounted to 387 emissions with an outstanding nominal value of Rp413.67 trillion and $47.5 million, issued by 117 Issuers.

Government bond listed on IDX are 100 series with a nominal value of Rp2,430.01 trillion and $400 million. EBA as many as 11 emissions worth Rp9.55 Trillion.

In addition, the IDX also noted that there were nine corporate actions for the issuance of bonds that were ready for this year, including PT Tiphone Mobile Indonesia Tbk bonds Rp 500 billion, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance Rp1 trillion, and PT BPD Sulawesi Rp 750 billion.

Furthermore, PT Indosat Ooreedo Tbk (IDX: ISAT) Rp 2 trillion, PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Rp832 billion, PT Bank UOB Indonesia Tbk Rp 100 billion, and PT Tridomain Performance Materials Tbk Rp 250 billion.
