The Insider Stories Morning Notes: JCI potentially experiencing mixed

JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) - Asjaya Securities Indosurya predict the composite stock price index (JCI) is trying to penetrate the resistance level of 5,389 and will moved in the range 5,202-5,389. The analyst William Surya Wijaya said, the current economic condition illustrated that the domestic economy is still in a stable condition.

While, Octavianus Marbun, an analyst at Waterfront Securities Indonesia sees the JCI potentially experiencing mixed and moved in the range 5,229-5,345 today. He recommends KLBF, BMRI, BBRI, BBCA, INDF and TLKM for today.

Yesterday, JCI down 8.45 points (-0.16%) to 5,254 after moving between 5,210-5,266, A total of 114 shares rise, 161 stocks down, 120 stocks do not move, and 178 shares not traded.

The investors transaction recorded Rp8.12 trillion, consisting of regular transactions Rp4.58 trillion, Rp3.49triliun negotiations, and cash Rp44.72 billion. On the regular market, foreign investors recorded a net sell Rp672.2 billion. Eight out of 10 sectoral indices fell, led by basic industry which dropped 0.86% and infrastructure down 0.47%.

For money market, Vidi Yuliansyah, Research and Analyst PT Monex Investindo Futures, said that in the near future Rupiah and other global currencies came under pressure from the Fed’s policy. He predicted Rupiah will going strong to the end of 2016 with a price range Rp13,200 to Rp13,450 per US dollar in line with strong domestic fundamentals.

In trading on Thursday (15/12), the Rupiah decreased 0.68% or 90 points to Rp13,384 per US dollar after moving in a range Rp13,413 to Rp13,325. While the BI middle rate at Rp13,367 per US dollar.
