PT Jasa Marga Tbk (IDX: JSMR) will raise Rp1,79 trillion from the offering 457.87 million new shares or 2.40 percent of enlarged capital, said the company in announcement. The company set the rights issue’s price Rp 3,900 each. Based on the announcement, every 500,000 stock holders have a right to receive 33,667 new shares. The standby buyer for the rights issue PT Bahana Securities, PT Danareksa Sekuritas and PT Mandiri Sekuritas. Cum and ex in the regular and negotiations on Nov. 25 and 28, while in cash market on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 with a trading period on Dec. 2 to 8. Public shareholders will experience dilution maximum 6,31 percent, the company said.
