JAKARTA (TheInsiderstories) – PT Pertamina, a state-owned energy company is currently holding extraordinary shareholders meeting to shake up the company’s board of directors composition. The State Enterprise Ministry (SOEs) is likely to installed new executives and shift certain directors to new positions.
According to TheInsiderStories sources at the ministry, who declined to be named, among directors that would be appointed are Nicke Widyawati, Alex J. Sinaga and Muchamad Iskandar. Nicke, currently director for human resources, is to be appointed as director for shipping. Nicke’s position will replace by Insan Purwarisya.
Furthermore, Alex J. Sinaga, currently president director of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (IDX:TLKM), is to be appointed as director for retail of Pertamina. In addition, R. Gunung Sardjono Hadi, currently president director of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi is to be appointed as director for research and technology center of Pertamina.
The last changing of Pertamina’s board of directors was made in March last year.
