JAKARTA (TheInsiderStories) – The state owned enterprise ministry has appointed Arief Budiman as new Chief Executive Officer of PT Danareksa, replacing Heru D. Adhiningrat who had been CEO of Danareksa for 9 years.
The decision to change the CEO of Danareksa is stipulated in the decree of the State -Owned Enterprises ministry as announced after its shareholders’
meeting on September 13, 2018.
In the decree , the SOE ministry terminates the tenure of Heru D. Adhiningrat as Danareksa CEO and appoints Arief Budiman as his replacement.
Arief Budiman, who graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1996 and later got Master degree of Business Administration from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, was a finance director of PT Pertamina from 2014 to 2018. He started his carrier in 1997 as consultant in Booz Allen & Hamilton , Asia , Merryl Lynch (Summer Associate , Investment Banking (2001), Booz Allen & Hamilton , USA ( Associate,2003-2004) and PT McKinsey Indonesia (with latest position as President Director from 2004 to 2014).
